Program highlights
Each class features 5–9 movements designed to build progressively over the program. Here's how we’ll help you get stronger for mountain adventures:
Hinge: Focus on posterior chain strength to power uphill—whether on your bike or your feet. Your glutes and hamstrings will become your secret weapon for climbing harder and faster.
Squat: Build bomber knees and quad strength! If downhill running or steep biking pushes you to your limits, improving your squats will be a game changer.
Push/Press: Even leg-dominant athletes need upper body power. Pressing motions will help you stabilize over handlebars, work with trekking poles, or simply create the full-body strength and stability that keeps you strong on your legs.
Pull/Row: Essential for bikers and climbers needing upper-body strength and runners wanting better running economy.
Accessory Movements: These will be chosen specifically to target single-leg stability and core strength—vital for feeling agile on your feet and maintaining balance on your bike over techy trail sections.
