Whether climbing is new to you, or you’ve been coming to the gym since we opened, we can help you become a better and more well rounded climber.
Never Have I EVER Bouldered
Do you want to try climbing but don’t know where to start or who to ask? Want to use climbing to improve your strength? This class is for you! Topics include climbing technique, falling, gym etiquette, and safety. This class is recommended for people who have never climbed before, or who are interested in integrating climbing into their regular fitness routine.
We offer this class for youth climbers as well as adults. Please make sure you sign up for the Never Have I Ever Bouldered Class that is appropriate for your age or your climber’s age on the next page. We can take up to 4 climbers at a time for each session.
Cost: $50 for one-time 45 minute instruction. Includes a two weeks of a prepaid membership.
Introduction to Bouldering Series - 4 weeks
Embark on an exciting journey into the world of rock climbing presented in collaboration with Helena College. Fall is a great time to get back into your gym routine while exploring the sport of indoor bouldering! Get a solid foundation in the fundamentals, including proper warm-ups, climbing techniques, and essential strengths to enhance your skills and build confidence. All questions are encouraged, and you’ll get valuable insights and hands-on demonstrations. Whether you're a novice or honing your abilities, this class provides a comprehensive introduction to the art of climbing. Stonetree provides the shoes, and full facility access is included. Join us for an adventure that will challenge and inspire you!
Cost: $100 for current EFT or Prepaid members, $125 for Guests. Grants full gym membership for the 1 month class including rental shoes.

Tech Tips 1.0 and Tech Tips 2.0
Our monthly Tech Tips cover different technical climbing topics each month, giving you a good foundation for learning how to climb outside, or helping you stay connected to the ropes during the cold months. We have both an introductory track (Tech Tips 1.0) and an experienced track (Tech Tips 2.0). Classes are led by experienced instructors and the instructor to student ratio is 1:4, and we ask that you bring the gear that you have so you learn to use it! If you don't have gear for roped, outdoor climbing, you may borrow some by checking with the front desk in advance of the class you wish to attend. Please pre-register for these classes.

Cost: Free for prepaid and EFT members. $10 plus a punch or day pass for non-members.
Monday Night Climbing Strength Class (6:30pm - 7:30pm)
Are you new to climbing and want to workout with other climbers? Do you want to take your climbing to the next level? Are you trying to work through a plateau? Start your week feeling strong with this climbing focused strength class. Each session we will take you through a proper climbing warm up routine, a series of climbing technique exercises, and sets of strength workouts to keep you improving and injury free. You do not need to sign up for all classes, but consistency and commitment will increase what you take away from this class. We suggest attending 6 - 8 sessions in a row for maximum improvement.
Cost: Free for members, a punch or day pass is required for non-members.
Tuesday Morning Yoga for Climbers (7am - 8am)
Emily has been practicing yoga for over ten years, and is excited to teach a fall chakra series! Please join us as we travel from the feet up to the head and learn about the relationship between body and spirit. By building strength, mobility, and body awareness, yoga can help round out your climbing routine. This class is open to beginners, however a base of yoga experience will be helpful.
