Cancellation & Refund Policy

1) All booking deposits are non-refundable.

2) Cancellations that take place 2 weeks before your scheduled booking will receive a refund in full or participants have the option of applying 100% of your funds towards a future program dependent on availability.

3) Cancellations that occur with less than 2 weeks notice and up to 24 hours notice before your booking will receive a 50% refund or participants have the option of applying their refund towards a future program dependent on availability.

4) Cancellations that occur less than 24hrs from the start of the booking or event will not receive a refund.

5) Stonetree holds the right to cancel any programming that does not meet our minimum number of participants before an event. If we are required to cancel, we will do our best to accommodate those customers, or refunds will be paid in full, including deposits.

6) If Stonetree Climbing Center is able to fill the vacated spot or booking, a refund will be issued in full.

7) This cancellation policy is firm and may only be waived for special circumstances. Thank you for understanding and please reach out if you have any questions.

8) No refunds will be issued for trips affected by acts of nature such as but not limited to inclement weather, forest fire, and forest fire smoke. These events do occur naturally and are beyond our control. If we believe these factors will affect the safety of a program, Stonetree reserves the right to relocate or reschedule a trip. If no arrangements can be reached to relocate or reschedule a trip, the cost will be credited towards another SMG program if used within a year.
